Please note that our products are offered at wholesale cost to retailers with a valid sales permit ID for the purpose of resale only. Please email us with your full name, business name, address and daytime phone number as well as resale tax number to: sales@arizonasoapworks.com and we'll send you our wholesale pricing list.

We are a handcrafted soap company. Most of our orders are custom, and thus we are often making soap fresh for each order.  We do not stockpile large quantities of soap, therefore you receive freshly made soap that is scent-rich! Soap needs time to cure and be hard enough for use. With this in mind, we are unable to process 24-hour, or instant turn-around times on orders. Please plan your soap inventory needs and orders ahead of time & ask about/allow for soap production time so that we can make your order for you in a timely fashion that meets your needs and yields you top-quality soap for resale! If the scent you choose is not available in the quantity you have ordered, we will let you know in advance, prior to your payment. Bear in mind, that the clarity of transparent soaps may be altered based on certain fragrance choices. Some fragrances will affect the final clarity level of clear soaps (may have a slight yellowing effect).

Shipping/Handling fees
Shipping and Handling fees which we quote include the cost of shipping materials and time spent carefully preparing and packing your order. We often pack large, heavy orders in particular, in over-sized boxes with extra packing to prevent damage to the soap. Wholesale quotes do not include shipping. Shipping charges will be added to your order based on your zip code and the weight of your order. Shipping is also available through USPS for smaller orders.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR ISSUE CREDITS or REFUNDS on our product line.  We stand behind our product line 100%, but we cannot restock a handcrafted or custom-made product once it leaves our premises. If there is indeed a problem in any way with soap integrity, we will replace it immediately if brought to our attention upon receipt of your order.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time the order is placed and confirmed.  We accept major credit cards through PayPal, as well as money orders or certified checks. All International orders must pay by Paypal in US Dollars.

At this time we do not drop-ship, send orders COD, or offer net-terms.

Regular Lead Times

Please order your inventory early, especially for peak selling periods like seasonal holidays. Place orders at least 2-4 weeks in advance of your need-by date. Our business is growing immensely yet we are committed to filling your orders promptly.

"Custom" Soap Lead Times

Please allow 2 - 6 weeks for custom soap orders to be completed and sent.  We need time to order and receive custom (not-in-stock) ingredients/scents/accessories, depending upon SIZE of order.  Inquire about delivery if you have a specific "Need-By" date.

We are a online storefront only. We are unable to accept drop-in clientele.

Canceling/Changing Your Order

You may cancel or make changes to any order you placed with Arizona Soapworks within 48 hours of ordering by sending an email to info@arizonasoapworks.com. However after 48 hours no order can be cancelled or changed since by then processing of your order will have already begun.
